Bramblecrush
As you cast this spell, a tangle of thorny brambles grows from a spot of your choice in range that you can see, quickly spreading to fill a 20-foot radius. Each creature in the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, creatures are caught in the brambles, which begin to clamp down and squeeze, causing them to begin suffocating. A creature caught in the brambles has its speed reduces to 0, and can’t benefit from any increase to its speed. Creatures caught in the brambles automatically takes 1d6 piercing damage at the start of each of their turns, and can use an action on their turn to make another Dexterity saving throw, freeing themselves on a success. On a failed save, a creature takes an additional 1d6 piercing damage. The radius of the brambles count as difficult terrain. Creatures that enter the brambles for the first time on their turn or which begin their turn in the brambles but aren’t trapped there must make a Dexterity saving throw or become caught in the brambles. Each 5-foot section of the brambles can be destroyed, and has AC 10, 20 hit points, vulnerability to fire and slashing damage, and immunity to poison and psychic damage. When a creature hits a section of the brambles with a melee attack, they must make a Strength saving throw or be pulled into the tangling brambles.
At Higher Levels When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the radius of the brambles increases by 5 ft. for each slot level above 6th.
