Back from the Brink
You touch a creature that has been dead for no longer than 1 hour and that died for any reason. If the creature’s soul is free, the creature is turned into a ghost with all of its hit points, ability scores, and saving throw and skill proficiencies intact. An unwilling creature can make a Charisma saving throw, resisting the effects of the spell on a success. On a failed save or if the target is willing, the ghost appears in an unoccupied space you choose within 10 feet of you. The ghost retains all of the memories of its life. The ghost is charmed by you, and must follow any commands that you give to it. If you command the ghost to do something it doesn’t want to do, it can make a Charisma saving throw. On a success, the ghost is not forced to follow any commands you give to it for the next hour. The ghost remains for one week, at which point it disappears unless you spend 10 minutes to cast this spell again, targeting the ghost. If the ghost does not want to remain, it can attempt another Charisma saving throw to resist the effects of the spell.
