Atarka Monument Shard
This piece of bone was pulled from the monument dedicated to the great dragonlord Atarka and has been imbued with the essence of her worship. This item has three charges and regains 1d4-1 charges each day at dawn. While holding the bone, you can use an action and expend a charge to cause it to flare with the power of Atarka’s breath, creating a 30-foot cone of green flames. Each creature in the area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d6 fire damage on a failed to save, or half as much on a successful one. You can also use an action and expend three charges to summon the spirit of an atarka brood dragon (use the statistics of an adult red dragon) in an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within 60 feet. The summoned dragon is hostile to all creatures and disappears after 1 minute or when it is reduced to 0 hit points.
