Bird-Folk
The Bird-Folk are a rare and shy breed of beast-kin humanoids. Often avoiding interaction with other intelligent species due to their highly independent nature, they elect to lead subsistence lifestyles in relatively small tribes or "nests" in tucked away mountain peaks or deep forests far from the prying eyes of scholars. Thus, little is known of these noble folk by the societies of the greater world, likewise they rarely know much of the outside themselves.
