The War of Tragedy
Dragons evolved before people, and never truly formed government or a form of overall control. Dragons coexist with nature, satisfied with their quiet existence as scholars, artists, and peacemakers. But people evolved and advanced extremely quickly. Human life spans are much shorter than a dragon's, and a millisecond of time compared to the eternal existence of the Celestia. As people spread to every corner of the continent, civilizations came to be. People started learning how to farm, then villages, towns, and cities came to be. They began to form governments and independent countries, with citizens and borders. The Celestia were very integral in uniting these civilizations and maintaining peace. As the people modernized, the dragons remained the same. Lived in communities in the wildest parts of the continent, and grew somewhat distant from people. And like this, many years passed in peace. But even the Celestia cannot foresee everything. Something happened in ancient -------, and suddenly the people of ------ hated dragons. What happened exactly only the Celestia know.
