Great Reaping War

In an attempt to strike a decisive final blow the Reaper Imperium deploy a new airship called Scour. The airship is designed to float over Utopian cities and drop explosive and poisonous bombs.

Mathias implements the Mattersen Doctrine and abandons civilian targets.

Mathias obtains intel that indicates Deborah's death was at the hand of a close ally. He no longer trusts fellow Utopian citizens. However the intel does not indicate the identity of the traitor.

Mathias seals the Utopian dome cities and declares any Hop Kru outside the dome to be enemies of the state.
