The momentous day that saw the launch of Forlorn Hope.

Thousands of anxious crew boarded what would become home for them and their descendants. Many were refugees from various resource wars or disasters and did not have the burden of a home to leave behind. A few could see the writing on the wall and wanted to give their children a chance to escape a dying world. A select few were the programmers, and engineers needed to oversee the AIs and other systems until it came time to train their descendants to do the same.
