  Here are the rules for the Genesys System.  

Rules Modifications

  Range: Red Magic range may not be increased past medium.   **No Attack Spell:** Red Mages do not gain access to the Attack Spell.   **Superior Combative Mutation:** When a Red Mage casts the Augment spell to give themselves a combative mutation, adding the Combative Mutation effect does not increase the difficulty. In addition, your combative mutation remains for the rest of the encounter without your character having to use the concentrate maneuver.

  • Your character mutates themselves, their allies, or their friends.
  • Your character curses their foes with weakness or feablemindedness.
  • Your character heals other with magic, or even bring them back from the dead.
  Your character should not use this skill if…
  • Your character wants to attack enemies at a great range.
  • Your character wants to have a great effect on inorganic things.
  • You character wants to mess with illusions (Purple Magic) or the fundamental properties of an object (Blue Magic).
