  Insanity can consist of many different mental illnesses. Since there are no institutions on Oryn, those who exhibit many of these disordered are doomed to exist on the fringes of society, similar to those who suffered from any of the incurable diseases that can also infect the inhabitants. Some forms of mental illnesses, however, can also aid those with power hungry ambitions.   While there are also many unknown causes for the various forms of insanity, there are also very distinct event that can thrust a normal mortal mind into the realms of the abnormal. Due to the extremely horrible and alien appearances of the Gods, primality the Primordial Gods, and the tremendous magical energies exuded thereby, their very presence is enough to thrust a mortal mind into insanity.
