Ummiati Kinngait
The Ummiati Kinngait are the largest mountain range on Gra Zirol. They are home to what are colloquially known as the Mountain Kingdoms, but they are more appropriately called the Ummiati. The Kinngait are sacred to the Ummiati, from their frozen to peaks to the cavernous Underdark below.
Depending on which kingdom you belong to, your culture will vary slightly.
Ummiati Kinngait: Akwezi Spires
Languages. The Ummiati teach their children Common and Celestial.
Anyanwu's Blessing. The Akwezi family oversees the worship of Anyanwu, the Eye of the Sun. The culture is infused with his fiery magic. You know the light cantrip. At 3rd level, you can cast the burning hands spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so after you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the flame blade spell once as a 2nd-level spell with this trait and regain the ability to do so after you finish a long rest.
Mountainborn. The Akwezi rule the peaks of the Kinngaits from citadels known as Spires. You're acclimated to high altitude, including elevations above 20,000 feet. You're also naturally adapted to cold climates, as described in chapter 5 of the Dungeon Master's Guide.

Amadioha's Blessing. The Stoneblood clans are the keepers of Amadioha, god of justice, storms, life, and law. They rule over the mountain caverns from their great Halls. In return, Amadioha grants them fuller vitality: you can add your proficiency bonus to your maximum hit points.
Industrious. Stoneblood society values dedication. Whenever you make a check with an artisan's tools you are proficient in, you can add double your proficiency bonus instead of your normal proficiency bonus.

Ala's Blessing. House Valmagne oversees Ala's burial rites from their Underdark basilicas. In return, Ala grants them protection against death itself. You have advantage on death saving throws.
Artiste. As a patron of creativity, Ala's devotees place an emphasis on the arts. You are proficient in any one instrument or artisan's tools.
