Gith
The original name of the gith race is lost to history. When the illithids invaded the Prime Material, the entire gith race was enslaved. After centuries of psionic abuse, one slave gathered an army and overthrew the illithds. History has forgotten everything about them too, save that their name was Gith.
Gith tend to be tall and lanky, with long limbs and elongated heads. They have hairless skin in shades of green and dark yellow, often covered in brown spots or mottling.
Gith reach maturity in their late teens and live roughly a century.
