Genasi are the children of genies and mortals. The proximity of the elemental planes to the material meant that elemental beings were some of the first to interact and form societies with material mortals. Genasi are found across the Prime Material and all over the elemental planes.   Genasi mature at the same rate as their mortal parent but live 10-20 years longer.   Air genasi have djinn blood in their veins. Native to the Plane of Air, djinn are creatures intrinsically associated with elemental air. Air genasi typically inherit light blue skin, hair, and eyes from their djinn parent. A faint but constant breeze sometimes accompanies them, tousling the hair and stirring the clothing. Some air genasi speak with breathy voices, marked by a faint echo. A few display odd patterns in their flesh or grow crystals from their scalps.
