Subtle magic, but makes the impossible seem real A lot are benign tricksters who use spells to entertain Can also be sinister, and use illusions to frighten and fool others for personal gain   School of Necromancy Explores cosmic forces of life, death and undeath Manipulates the energy that animates all living things Can sap life force from creatures as you magic destroys their body, transforming that energy into magical power you can manipulate Not all are evil, but most considered Taboo by many societies   School of Transmutation Student of spells that modify energy and matter Believe world is not fixed, but eminently mutable, and you delight in being an agent of change Wield the raw stuff of creation and learn to alter both physical forms and mental qualities Can turn people into toads, or copper into silver
