BACKSTORY (temp as of 5/12/23)
Narinn's parents were alchemists that were experimenting with creating homunculus. After years of research in their small laboratory attached to their home just outside the town of New Shi on the continent of Domunz, his parents had gone mad tinkering with magics and sciences beyond their comprehension, and attempted to fuse their son and his pet wolf. In doing so two creatures were created, one that was mostly beast but part human, and Narinn Kuzar mostly human but part beast. The Beast being an amalgamation of animal instincts and Narinn's rage attacked and killed both of the parents. Their fellow alchemic scientist and friend Nicov Flavel took Narinn in while the beast's whereabouts are unknown, perceived to be somewhere deep in the The Great Nilos Wood. Narinn was raised as Nicov's apprentice at the relatively new Stosan Academy in the Tranquil Mountains to the north of Domunz, and grew into a proficient Artificer. Amidst a great discovery, Nicov was killed in an accident caused by an experiment. Due to Narinn's heightened senses, he noticed some clues at the scene that lead him to believe that Nicov's death was foul play. Narinn suspects that it may have been a rival Artificer Thorman Ivers who has the reputation of stealing inventions of peers has grown among the whispers. Narinn knows that Ivers has a lab somewhere in the lands of Oroccid, and has been searching for it since Nicov's death, hoping to find the truth.PARENT NAMES (potentially)

FROM STOSAN ACADEMY
- Nicov Flavel was the former Artificing Instructor at the Onsyx Articicing Lab at Stosan Academy, along with his ward Narinn Kuzar
- Wanesh enjoyed the pair and saw great promise in both
- The work that killed Flavel involved Warforged, something ONLY Wanesh Brycos knows at this point (and King Alphanis, but he is believed to be dead)
- Narinn was kept away from the Warforged experiments, knew nothing of it, spent most of his time working on rifle designs with Nicov
- After the accident, Wanesh quickly cleaned up the lab, removed any evidence, and hired Jortix to take his place
- Narinn tried to convince Wanesh that sabotage killed Nicov, but Wanesh wanted to matter closed and truly though the Warforged work was dangerous enough to potentially cause that kind of explosion, and told Narinn to drop the matter, hence why Narinn left
- Wanesh DID tell Narinn he was always welcome at the Academy
- ONLY Hint of Warforged Activity is that King Alphanis wanted the Artificing Lab named after ONSYX
