Ithi Stormbreath - Leonin M - Patron at The Carved Chain
Sitting at a secluded table in The Carved Chain, there is a deceptively calm looking figure (Leonin M named Ithi Stormbreath, spreading tales of monsters crashing from the sky (Star Spawn and Mind Flayers). Ithi also knows of a green dragon in the who is currently away from its hoard near the Hills of Desolation to the southeast, but he doesn't know for how long the dragon will be gone.
