Most of the poor and beggars (and bandits) in big Oroccid cities like TWIN FALLS are humans who got stuck in Oroccid and were held down/ kept down/ ignored/ punished by the other species in charge.
Some of them are currently forming a kind of criminal underworld gang with the idea that together they can all create a better life for themselves in Oroccid.
