- 5 of them, one for every color/element, like Tiamat's heads (are that color)
- (red/fire, blue/lightning, black/acid, green/poison, white/cold)
- You gain resistance to the color/element of the belt

- 6.) Hand Claws

- 8.) Hair Loss (if any)
- 9.) Cast confusion on self, think you are dragon
- 10.) Snout
- 11.) Skin Change color
- 12.) Growth (torso)
- 13.) Spikes along back
- 14.) Horns Along head
- 15.) Feet Claws
- 16.) Eyes Change Color
- 17.) Neck elongation
- 18.) STR +2, WIS -2
- 19.) Can only speak Draconic
