Ice Cleaver
The axe knows the guilty from the innocent. A quick death signifies that the condemned was innocent and the whole village grieves.
The haft of this massive axe is the bone of some long dead mammal. It has been intricately carved and has the scenes of thousands of fights engraved into its surface. The blade itself is nearly two feet from top to bottom, cut from the purest Blue Ice and sharper than any steel blade. A chilly aura constantly surrounds the weapon.
The Ice Cleaver is the ceremonial weapon of the Isspjutar chieftain. It signifies the chieftain's authority over the tribe, both in his responsibility to defend them but also to ensure that justice is carried out swiftly and justly.
