The Thirteen Constellations disappeared from the sky as war erupted between the Celestials.

The Thirteen Celestials created the world long ago. Together they make the stars and filled the universe with light. Soon a planet was formed around one of the stars and they blessed it with light. They made themselves known to the intelligent life there who worshipped them as gods.   The Celestials were content with this for several thousands of years but some eventually grew bored. Two of the Celestials, the Monarch and the Knight revolted agains the others and attempted to destroy the world so that they may start anew. The Beggar, Merchant and Farmer also joined the revolt and a devastating war began.   The stars which made up the thirteen constellations disappeared from the sky. The mortals of Oritas believed their gods had died and took it as a sign of the end times.   Meanwhile, the Celestials were locked in a stalemate, neither side able to best the other. This went on for almost two centuries, a mere blink of an eye for the Celestials.   Eventually a truce was called but tensions remained high. The constellations returned to the sky and the mortals rejoiced, taking it as a sign that their gods had returned to them.
