Vayesk Technology Solutions was originally a conglomerate of small television and electronics companies. During the corporate wars, VTS came to heavy blows with a mammoth and ancient tech corporation. Their prospects looked weak until a well-placed assassin killed their rival's president and stole his personal VI. This desperate maneuver gave them a decided advantage in their conflict and VTS rose to power to join the NEB.
Vayesk Technology Solutions' survival in the tech-glutted New Economic Block should be proof enough of their power. They are one of the few corporations who don't worry about New Era Biomedical, because their engineers help create the fantastic cybernetics used by almost everyone in known space. They also build advanced electronics, machinery, and are the leading manufacturers of combat drones. VTS works hand-in-hand with most other corporations in an amiable manner. They personally construct most of Rowlken Construction and Terraforming's specialized machinery and outsource their simpler plans to General Manufacturing.
Vayesk Technology Solutions has a fairly benign corporate culture, and openly invites other corporations to liaise with their myriad departments. These liaisons invariably result in dark realpolitik, resulting either in the creation of a double agent or a 'tragic workplace accident'. GLAs and Hybrids were originally used quite a bit by VTS manufacturing crews, usually using their smaller bodies to work in hard-to-reach places. The NEB's harsh stances against them has lead to a corporate-wide shrug of VTS's shoulders. Most have had their jobs replaced with construction drones.
