Master Sergeant Tara Reed

She's already seen action on many worlds, including Io, where she helped brutally suppress a slave rebellion. A near-death experience with a hybrid special ops squad has hardened her hatred of Neo Humanity, and she has put in for a transfer to the borders so she can get assigned to ship boarding actions.
