Governor Abbas Khani
Governor Khani is in charge of a terraforming colony on a planet TRAPPIST-1d, a habitable exoplanet with a small ocean. Though terraforming is supposedly the primary job of TRAPPIST-colony, Governor Khani has realized that the real goal is reproduction. TRAPPIST-1d has proven a surprisingly tough nut to crack, and Rowlken Construction and Terraforming hasn't given him enough resources to finish the job on his own. Governor Khani has instead turned to mass reproduction via slavery in the hopes of building a large enough population to simply brute-force his way through the problem with sheer manpower... or at least to justify further requisitions from RCT HQ.
