Doctor Charles Ibanez
The brilliantly amoral Doctor Ibanez heads up Dyson's Project ARCLIGHT, an attempt at creating mini-reactors powered by strange quark interaction. Dr. Ibanez is infamous for the turnover rate of his laboratory. He's fired sixteen senior researchers, six skilled technicians, and fifteen trainees in typical Dyson Energy fashion. Dr. Ibanez's technique seems to be working: they've already created a sustained direct beam laser nicknamed 'OTOMO' that uses a prototype ARCLIGHT reactor. OTOMO may have numerous applications in the fields of communications and warfare.
