Report Freeform: "Mission briefing was called sometime after the seventh hour of the afternoon. All personnel were messaged and selected specifically for the mission. The briefing was almost unbearable to endure. There were too many unnecessary questions that had already been answered by the briefing itself, too many statements phrased as questions that emphasised the teams lack of confidence in their own ability to fulfil the mission objective or questions that were painstakingly dodged, ignored or given unnecessary pedantic responses. This last concern is in regards to the necklace of Mir.
The mission itself can be summarised easily. We entered the Forge undetected with a limited time-window before detection. We got so far into the facility before we tripped a door alerting the facility to our presence and the evac was called. This evac was incredibly efficient.
Before departing the ship SAI was able to retrieve the Forge’s production logs:
The Forge has been active for 5 months and 6 days.
13,217 Mark VII Spero Class Fighters produced
3,563 Mark IV Dideh Class Bombers produced
1 Sangreal Class Dreadnaught
850,000 RFA energy rifles
30,000 Stub energy pistols
Station capacity at 95%
Station defences at 60%
732 Crusader personnel present on the Station plus two unregistered and unknown humanoids."
Evalutation: "Personnel for this mission were poorly chosen.
Crusader Reylin did not listen properly to the briefing and expressed her lack of faith in her ability to follow through with the assassination attempt. This should have been picked up and another Crusader picked in her place.
Crusader Rizsazul had her temporary suspension removed by Grandmaster Fia. I’ve look at the last mission reports she is mentioned in and discovered the reason for this suspension. It is my belief that there was been no change in her behaviour or balance. Before departing for the mission the Crusader caused a fuss over me for some slight I had allegedly caused her. During the mission she was treated like a perpetual child because of her inability to resist pulling levers. The danger she presents to her teammates and the Ordo at large cannot be understated.
Initiate Marchesa is deserving of her rank. The initiate is unable to close its mouth for more than a second, constantly asking stupid questions, not listening and speaking out loud for the sake of speaking. I would not have taken such a untrained individual to such a high risk mission.
Grandmaster Azamya I had no issues with. She asked sensible questions during the briefing and showed her stealth capabilities and knowledge throughout the mission.
Grandmaster Fia is capable but I take issue with her not revealing the information on the necklace of Mir till the last moment. Such was unnecessary and could have been detrimental to the mission. The team should be made aware of all factors and the intention of the mission lead.
Aside from this the mission was an obvious failure with the intel gained making the mission not a complete lose."
Recommendations: "A follow up or next move on the Forge should be decided. It has already been allowed to be in the enemies hands too long and is feeding our enemy the weapons it needs. This is unacceptable.
Crusader Rizsazul needs either to be suspended and trained intensively immediately or terminated to ensure the safety of the Ordo. "
