Report Freeform: "Master Templar Claude Moreau organised a volunteer force to investigate and extract the missing Crusader Caffeth, Tiro of the Seeker. The Master Templar gave the volunteers all the available, very limited information but failed to specifically assign a leader to the operation. We thus just assumed a leader through the chain of command but that too was unclear having two crusaders present. Eventually, when already at the mission drop site Crusader Aethe delegated the lead to Crusader Reylin.
We travelled by ship to Caffeths last recorded location, the scanners picked up a biomass signature some distance away where we landed and discovered Caffeths body. The body had allegedly been there for around 3 days according to DM-32, official autopsy confirm that cause of death was hypothermia and exhaustion. However, Caffeths body was tended to when we found it, his body placed in a ceremonial position, hands and sabers close to his chest with stones placed around him. Azorak, who had knowledge on burials, said that the burial must have been in honour of his death and not out of malicious intent. However Caffeths body was completely void of any force energy and there were no traces or force residue of what or who had done this."
Evalutation: "Caffeth is dead. His death is clear but his ceremonial position that we found him in and lack of any force signature is completely unknown, unclear and possibly an issue."
Recommendations: "Family and friends of Caffeth should be contacted and spoke to about what their next actions are to be. An investigation or look into what could have been the cause of Caffeths strange circumstances needs to be a priority in case it is something we should be worried about. "
