Report Freeform: I have been tasked to evaluate the Ordo’s Crusaders from the Dosuun chapter by decree of Grandmaster M. This includes briefing phase, pre-deployment phase, action phase and de-briefing phase. Statements have been gathered from relevant personnel and mission reports have been analysed.
I will in this report break down impressions of each individual separate. It should be stated for the record that statements from involved personnel and mission reports from involved personnel have discrepancies and shows a lack of training and structure.
Primary subject Weygand:
Weygand was attentive during the mission briefing. He took command when required and ensured that his team was outfitted properly and ready for the mission according to mission parameters. He chose a poor team, and I speculate it was chosen out of kinship rather than a tactical evaluation but this has not been confirmed and is only the opinion of the evaluator. During deployment Weygand displayed little to no tactical awareness and no ability to coordinate and lead his team. This resulted in a prolonged engagement that led to unnecessary friendly casualties. He failed to understand mission objectives and did not complete mission objectives to satisfaction. Remote listening post was chipped and signals were sent, but never confirmed at the time of deployment. We have since received confirmation that the primary objective was successful despite poor leadership.
Secondary objective was failed. Hostile forces were terminated but not eliminated, a second team was dispatched yesterday at 17:00 hours to complete secondary objectives. Secondary team was able to confirm elements of submitted mission reports and statements regarding the mission, which will be included in this report. Weygand has failed to display an understanding of Ordo procedures, allowing for unnecessary violence to take place and executions in breach of Ordo conduct as described in “Honor in Balance” and the manifesto. Although reports suggest Weygand is not directly responsible for some or all of these acts, he is held accountable for anything the team does. Exfiltration and return was carried out as expected without any further remarks. No post-mission debriefing or analysis has been conducted by Weygand, leaving his team without receiving critical information that will allow for growth, understanding and preventing similar failures to occur in the future. It is my evaluation that Weygand is not suited for leadership and requires extensive training.
Secondary subject Rizsazal:
Rizsazal was attentive during the mission briefing without further remarks. However information has come to light through statements and mission reports that Rizsazal is a danger to the order and lacks understanding of even the most basic and fundamental values of the Ordo. It is my evaluation that Rizsazal warrants further evaluations and trials before she is allowed to be redeployed with a pending hearing to evaluate her continuation within the order. Termination may be required. House arrest is recommended as an immediate reaction.
Secondary subject Jodinna:
Jodinna displayed a complete lack of authority and understanding of military structure. I suspect she is accustomed to a private or civilian outfit. It is clear that she has never gone through basic military training, and is not a professional soldier. Performance during the mission suggests that she has the required skills in combat to evolve into an acceptable soldier but requires instructions in chain of command and discipline. I recommend she receive training and instruction to elevate her ability to function in a team and in a larger military structure.
Secondary subject Geodobe:
Geodobe displayed a lack of respect and understanding of authority during mission briefing. I suspect his background is freelance or mercenary work which explains the opposition to authority. Performance during the mission is careless and dangerous, with a lack of regards to personal or friendly safety. This reinforces my belief that he comes from a freelancer background. It is my recommendation that he is trained and instructed in chain of command and discipline to elevate his ability to function as part of a team. He should also receive teachings in Ordo values in beliefs to allow him better understanding of our function.
Secondary subject Reylin:
It is my understanding that Relin is a troubled Crusader in lack of guidance. She is young and lacking in experience resulting in sloppy mistakes that could be avoided with proper guidance. It is paramount that Reylin receive a permanent instructor to ensure a persistent well rounded training. She is, in my opinion, simply a lost sister.
Secondary subject Marchesa:
Marchesa displayed an understanding of military operations. I suspect she has a military background and understands the chain of command. I have been informed that she is a junior Crusader having only recently joined the Ordo, and so the lack of effective teamwork is understandable. It is my recommendation that she receive teachings of Ordo values and beliefs to better integrate her and team training to allow for better teamwork in the future. Under proper leadership it is my belief that she will be a competent and valuable asset to the order.
Secondary subject Azorak:
Azorak was not present during the mission briefing and a late addition to the team. His background and history with the Ordo is troubling and should be re-evaluated. He has displayed an understanding of the chain of command, and follows orders. However it is noted that he is lacking in balance and understanding of it, making him a potential threat to the order. He has been probed by Sages and his attachment to Bogan is confirmed strong. It is paramount that this bond be broken in order for him to better be integrated into the order. My recommendation is that he is put through the meld in order to break his bond and allow him to be reborn. His general health and condition suggest that he should survive this procedure.
Secondary subject Ophelia:
Ophelia was present during the mission but will not be evaluated in this process as she does not belong to the Dosuun chapter. Procedures were followed and there are no further remarks."
Evalutation: Evaluations are mentioned above regarding each subject. Overall evaluation: Team performed far below expectancy and mission was carried out poorly. Main objective was partially completed and the secondary objective was not completed. A secondary operation was carried out to rectify the mistakes of the operation.
Recommendations: My recommendations are mentioned above regarding each subject. It is critical that immediate action is taken, presently members evaluated are not suited for missions and should be grounded until proper training can be completed. They are currently evaluated to be a danger both to the self and to the order.
