Report Freeform: Arrived in the Veragi sector above the planet Plooma. Our decent was noticed by the local imperial presence we had intel on, and our shuttle came under fire. We landed close to our primary objective and a short but messy skirmish followed resulting in an Ordo victory. 12 Imperial troopers and 2 engineers were defending the primary objective. Crusaders Reylin and Azorak sustained severe injuries while Marchesa, Jodinna, and Weygand walked away with only minor injuries. When the battle turned in our favour, a few imperials surrendered and we took prisoners. The Engineers had their arms dismembered by Crusader Rizsazal, and Weygand terminated our captives after the battle was over - having failed to get useful intel from them despite our accepted surrender. The aftermath of our battle was left without covering up our involvement at the site. The old Ordo outpost was not investigated. The data-spike was installed, but we have no confirmation about what the Imperial engineers did to our objective before their capture and murder. The imperial's shuttle was powered down and a copy of the ships computer was downloaded (attached) before return to Helska.
Evalutation: Going in hot and blind resulted in a very messy and disorganised ground skirmish with our strike team sustaining multiple injuries. The terminated imperial detachment left at the site without cover up was sloppy and could raise an investigation if the installed data-spike was unsuccessful. Murder of the surrendered imperial personal and dismemberment of the 2 engineers was unnecessary and not in line with the Ordo's core values.
Recommendations: Send a team back to investigate the old Ordo outpost to determine purpose and strategic value. Combat roles should be assigned and and teamwork exercises practised to function more efficiently as a unit for future engagements. Recommend disciplinary action taken against Crusaders Weygand and Rizsazal for their actions in the field.
