Grand Sage

Grand Sage was the title held by the leader of the Sages and the Council of Sages. Traditionally the station was held by the oldest and wisest of the sages. When the Grand Sage died, an election was held to determine the new Grand Sage from a pool of Senior Sages. Under certain circumstances the Pillars made the choice.
