Dominum Initiate is a rank usually given to those who do not meet the requirements for a more specialized rank. It is the lowest of the Occulta Dominums ranks and not considered a specialization by other Dominum forces. Individuals with powerful connections are often given this rank instead of serving in the general forces pool.
