Upper Oversight Board
The Upper Oversight Board is O.R.C.A.'s central decision-making body. It is composed of the heads of the seven main divisions as well as The Overseer. The group works to determine the overall direction of the organisation, make strategy and policy, review projects, campaigns and subdivisions, and other such executive roles at the top of the organisation. The Overseer chairs the board and has the final verdict on any disagreements, acting as a firm hand to avoid the group getting bogged down in indecision. It operates out of Fulcrum Base.
