'Biffy' (real name Robert Presper) is currently ORCHESTRA's top vampire hunting operative worldwide. A Lead Hunter, he is stationed in California. He got the nickname Biffy in reference to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, owing to his incredible skill at hunting vampires.
