ORCA Ranger Network
The ORCA Ranger Network (O.R.N) is ORCA's scout network, one of its three intelligence networks. As the name suggests, it is the network in which all ORCA Rangers operate, be they actively in the field or doing passive surveillance. The network acts as both a communication link between all rangers and as a central hub they can retrieve and report intelligence. The intel from the network and the agents it organises are critical to maintaining ORCA's knowledge of potential caster activity and influence in rural environments.
