External Division
The External Division is one of the seven main divisions of O.R.C.A.. It is responsible for managing how the organisation interacts with the normal world, drawing resources and keeping both it and the magical world a secret. Its main subdivisions are recruitment, which is part headhunting and part indoctrination, keeping the masquerade intact, which involves a careful strategy of cover-ups and disinformation, and managing the front-end companies ORCA operates under publicly, which are a legitimate facade behind which the organisation can act without drawing suspicion.
