County of Elance
Eastern-most Human-ruled region of the Eastern Realms. It is part of the Fortern Kingdom and serves as a bulwark against the Keratos Empire waiting beyond the frontier.
History
Elance has changed rulers many times, even before the Empire began meddling with the internal wars among the Eastern Realms. Its allegiance to the Demons and to its fellow human realms depended greatly on who held its forts.

It coalesces all lands between the river to its west and the Baltath Hills to its East.
At its crossroad lies the fortified city of Oveny. Its actual capital lies further West, closer to the other regions of the Crescent basin.
