Session 89: When Last We Met 8/11/24

When last we met, The party realized they had a ship tailing them to their destination. This however was an airship and coasted about 100ft. above them. The sight of Ostera leaning over the railing left no doubt this ship was after them and the destination they sought.    The party then formulates a plan to find a way on that airship and take out everyone on board once and for all. First Celeste takes Moonwing for a fly by as she has Enlarge/Reduce cast on her by Vandread. She gets a view of all those on board and before she has a chance to relay what she's seen, Mistral loads up his party members into his bag of holding and floats up to the airship. Celeste casts a Silence spell upon the majority of the crew as Mistral unloads his party members onto the deck of the Ship. A battle ensues as The Order of The perpetual shroud defends against the absolute onslaught of the party.   Vandread manages to get a Necklace of Carceri around the neck of Archivist Theodred rendering him harmless. Meanwhile the rest of the party slowly deals with the remaining crew. Romaia burns a crew member in retaliation for slashing at her. Ostera is knocked off the side of the ship and plummets toward the water beneath After being his by 2 Mistral flavored Eldritch blasts. She is last heard treading water far below until she casts a spell and is no longer seen or heard in the waves beneath. Most likely making her escape. Mistral casts Finger of death upon Vidak - The last of the Order members on board and he is summarily dispatched seconds later by Vandread. With the ship now on fire from a fireball attack and the majority of the crew dead, The party is attempting to wrap up this battle and hopefully get a nice Airship to add to their fleet.    And that's where we'll pick up next time!
