The Immortal Arcis

The Immortal Arcis (or simply, The Arcis) is the elected patriarch of the Arcis Brotherhood. Often a member of a powerful tribal family highly attuned with magical powers. According to prophecy, the Immortal Arcis is destined to restore the natural order of the world by bringing down civilized society. Until recently, the Arcis has faced near constant internal instability and infighting, preventing his expansion into the southern nations.
The current Arcis instigated a series of raids into the Coedwing and the Kingdom of Karvin beginning around 616 c.e. and is believed to be amassing a large army in order to eventually subjugate these nations.
