The Barik-tharn
The Barik-tharn is a galleon class sailing vessel owned and operated by the Wave Miners. The ship derives its namesake from the Rontran myth of the Miner, who is said to be a protector of the earth's treasures and also, and more importantly, a herald who warns those who are beloved by Rontra when they are in danger of delving too deep or too dangerously. When miners feel gut intuition telling them their tunnels are unsafe, they claim it is Barik-tharn whispering over their shoulders. Perhaps the ship has been whispering to its Captain all these years, keeping him and his crew out of harm's way, and into the embrace of the treasures of the deep.
