Torch Goggles
As the name suggests, this incredibly ugly item consists of a Torch centrally attached to a pair of protective goggles. While worn, the torch magically ignites with a warm - but not hot - flame, that sheds bright light in front of its wearer. Despite their terribly clunky visuals, torch goggles are commonly used by those who work the tunnels and sewers under Saltor, as having both hands free can be a major advantage.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
Torch Goggles are simply a variant of Magical Torch that activates upon putting on the goggles, which they are firmly attached to via screws and metal bands. As such, a torch goggle can be created by 1st-grade magic students with just a little bit of tinkering skill.
