This is a +1 ammo. The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw, DC = 8 + Your Choice of Mental Ability Score Modifier + Proficiency Bonus. On a success, nothing happens, on a failure, the creature falls asleep, much like the Sleep creation, awakening at a source of damage, or being immune to the effect if they are immune to the charmed condition.
