Flash Dials can unleash and stores light, releasing it as a flash.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
- This allows the wielder to cast the Blindness/Deafness Creation (Blindness only), using their Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma.
- Flash dials have 3 charges, regaining them at the end of a long rest.
