Corster Fre
Corster Fre is a Summer Eladrin who lives in the Evergreen Wilds near Sleepy Hollow. He has an orchard not far from the Gander Road that he is very fond of. A brownie named Cyrus Templeton has taken to tending it for him. Unbeknownst to Cyrus, however, the orchard is a sentient fairy ring that draws unsuspecting travelers in to with which to play.
Coster is beautiful, like most Eladrins, but temperamental and often cruel. If someone does something he dislikes, he will likely hunt them down and punish them in whatever way he sees fit.
Coster can be a wonderful ally or a terrible enemy. He is well connected within the Elvish community of Sithean, and has family in the Feywild. He has many "little birds" who keep him informed of goings-on in the Kingdoms and the Provinces. He will trade information for favors.
