Obsidian Bank
The Obsidian Bank is one of the most powerful banking organizations on the Eastern Coast of Neos. A child organization to the Eastern Coast Trade Company, the bank manages the organization and dispersal of Writs, or slivers, throughout the city of Entre. They also serve as the de facto authority on currency exchange rates, setting standardized values across the coins of different nations.
The bank operates primarily through the Obsidian Spire, with multiple satellite locations called Sliverdesks placed throughout the city of Entre. Additional satellite locations may be found at Eastern Coast Trade Company offices in ports across the nations.
