Andlian Mafia
At some point in the last century or so, a large low-ranking noble family in the Andlian Empire was banished for association with criminal activity. Somehow, that family made its way to the city of Entre. If the Trade Coast Dogs are doing a little more harrassing than protecting, it may be time to look to the Andlian Mafia to "persuade" them. Additionally, the Mafia have just the right people to talk to if you wish to sneak something past customs at the docks. Just remember: dealing in drugs will earn you with a magic missile-shaped hole in the back of your head from one of their specially crafted wands.
