Tývarad
Tývarad was the 11th Hyvamto-Rhïlýrhonid, that is, the ruler of the Ïlýrhonid tribe, from 23771 to 23610 AYM. His reign immediately precedes the Nota-Ýmor-Mošindë, or the Second Golden Age, but he is still very much responsible for the peace and prosperity of that period. Although tribal life struggled, his efforts brought the tribe another thousand years of existence through his reforms in government, society, and other such facets.
