Nota-Alšewharžar
The Nota-Alšewharžar, or the Second Group [of Tribes] in the Blýfónic Valley, are the collection of tribal states that succeeded the collapse of the Heta-Alšewharžar, the First Group. These comprise Ardunioz, Týmðúr, Hymlona, and Vindiguz, with Ardunioz owning and ruling over the vast majority (around 45-50%) of the entire land. Rather than being created at the same time, these four would be formed through the gradual transformation and conquest of the Heta-Alšëwharžar, and as such, one cannot put clear dates on the delineation between them and Nota-Alšëwharžar. However, all four tribes would be wiped out in a massive series of natural disasters around 21178 AYM.
The Nota-Alšëwharžar were noted for technological innovations that stretched far beyond that of their predecessors, but in contrast, tribal relations were reduced to diplomatic alliances. The notion of a tribe would move from a strictly ideologically-governed organization of fixed membership (as was the case in early history) to a more fluid, style of rule, whereby the axioms of society were forgone for a more individualized perception of morality, legitimacy, and politics.
