Ïkhetëró

Ïkhetëró was the fourth Hyvamto-Rhïlýrhonid, or the king of the Ïlýrhonid, from 24955 to 24936 AYM. He continued the period known as the Heta-Ýmor-Mošindë, or First Good Age, that was initiated by Zümiža, his predecessor. The first Hyvamto-Rhïlýrhonid to be born in the Heta-Ýmor-Vëtam period, his reign is reflective of the massive increases in cultural freedom that came forth after the Kagaðïŋ-Ïlýrhonid decree in 24966 AYM.

Biography

Ïkhetëró was born a member of the Ažukhald Family in the year 25002 AYM. He was named in honor of the Farïnýðïan Ikheðep, who was among the foremost individuals involved in the Abolishment of the Kavamïŋ-Ïlýrhonid in 25025 AYM. However, boundaries between families were very strict as per traditional Ïlýrhonidian doctrines, and as such, to conceal their intentions, the parents of Ïkhetëró modified the name, replacing the more Farïnýð 'i' and 'e' sounds with more muted 'ï' and 'ë', as well as adding several Ažukhaldian sounds at the very end. These modifications seem to have allowed him to escape scrutiny when, a mere two years into his life, the Farïnýð Family would be hit by the Syöwú-Iyöphl, a deadly plague that reduced their numbers all the way down to 20 individuals. The Ažukhald Family at this point was still clinging to the idea of antiquated religious systems like those of the Kavamïŋ-Ïlýrhonid, and many saw it as retribution for the actions of the Farïnýðians Rzüýŋ and Ikheðep, both of whom having been instrumental in his abolishment.
