Ïfon-Šïrëhot
The Ïfon-Šïrëhot is a type of Ïfon, or communication method, that relies upon the use of the claws, or Týk-Fögaro, to carve symbols into rock or a similarly malleable substance. These would then be interpreted primarily by sight, as touching the carved symbols directly would run the risk of disfiguring them.
In early history, this was not necessarily a communication tool but a recording tool first and foremost. Most of these early records, like the Gaðërïŋ-Heta-Alšëwharžar, comprised of stone tablets with these such symbols carved in.
