Ŋaraïðúl Strait

The Ŋaraïðúl Strait is a roughly 5,000-kilometer-long natural chasm that connects the Tlïvhakk Ocean in the west with the Ëriðorn Ocean (specifically the Tžamókk Bay) in the east. It is the main geological formation that separates the Tayzem Region in the north and the Kalzuth Plains in the south. It is one of the most complex formations to exist, as its behavior depends on the movements of the Kalzuth and Tayzem Plates, which grow closer and farther apart in a cycle of around 10,000 years. This has resulted in the surrounding area being extensively hilly in nature, up to the Strait itself, where giant cliffs ranging from 500 to 1500 meters in height appear. As of current time, the Strait is roughly 300 kilometers in width.
