The Salty Dragon
Walking into the building for the first time, Bootleg could smell the thick tobacco smoke that was already pooling out, despite the early time of day. A few patrons had already milled into the place to sit down and order drinks, even though the shows hadn't started yet. He proceeded towards the bar where the goblin owner was setting up shop and getting ready for more patrons to arrive. "Hello! I'd like to work here, please!"
Juni looked at the gnome, who was now sitting on one of the rickety bar stools and talking to them. They took a puff from their pipe and considered Bootleg, their ear twitching thoughtfully as they leaned over the chipped bar counter. They blew the smoke off into the air and nodded. "Mmhm, sure. I'll putcha down for a dance. You keep whatever they toss on stage. Maybe we'll recruitcha more regularly if you're a crowd favorite. Just be sure to get off stage once your time's up. Now get on up there, you can tide the early bird over 'till the rest of the performers are ready." Juni nodded, and Bootleg thanked them, getting ready to go off for his first performance. Juni scoffed something about gnomes being weird and returned to polishing their glassware.
Purpose / Function
The Ivy Heat is an old, rundown building in Bluster Port's red light district. It's one of the city's less popular nightclubs, but it has been on the rise since Meline Hishi began stripping there.
Architecture
The building is made of stone, and has two floors and a flat roof above.
