Torig McMattock
Torig is a hill dwarf living in the foothills of the Lortmil Mountains 2-3 days south of Irondelve. He is skilled in making exotic armor from materials harvested from creatures. He also keeps at least one gorgon in his "basement", a cave network connected to his smithy, and harvests scales from it as he needs them. He also said some of the tunnels were made by bulettes, but that he hasn't seen or sought any for a couple decades.
Torig could be considered insane by some, merely eccentric by others. He seems willing to put others in harms' way. This has little to do with the skill of his work.
Amor Smith spent a couple weeks training with Torig to learn how to work with such materials, narrowly escaping petrification when Torig asked him to "find a material to make armor with" from his basement.
